  1. Marketplace Role Only

Seva Nivesh serves as a neutral digital marketplace where:

  • SSE-listed NPOs can showcase their verified social projects.
  • Investors and donors can discover opportunities aligned with their impact goals.
  • We do not act as a financial intermediary, broker, agent, portfolio manager, or advisor for any party.
  1. No Investment, Financial, or Legal Advice

All information on the platform is for general information purposes only. Nothing on Seva Nivesh should be interpreted as:

  • Investment advice.
  • Financial or risk assessment.
  • Legal, tax, or compliance consultation.
  • Solicitation or endorsement of any investment.
  • Investors and donors must conduct their own independent evaluation and seek professional advice before making decisions.
  1. Payment Gateways Belong to Respective NPOs

For each project, payments or contributions (if applicable under SSE norms) may be made through payment gateways linked by respective NPOs.

Important:

  • All transactions occur directly between the investor/donor and the NPO.
  • Seva Nivesh does not collect, process, store, or control any payment information.
  • We do not guarantee the security, reliability, or performance of third-party gateways.
  • Seva Nivesh is not responsible for disputes, failures, refunds, or mismanagement of funds by NPOs.
  1. Collection of Aadhaar, PAN & Other Information

For regulatory compliance (such as SSE eligibility, KYC norms, or statutory reporting), the platform may request details such as:

  • Aadhaar
  • PAN
  • Proof of identity
  • Contact information
  • Investor/NPO registration documents

 This is subject to:

  • Explicit consent.
  • Use strictly for compliance purposes.
  • No sharing with unauthorized parties.
  • Secure handling as per applicable Indian data laws (including DPDP Act).
  • Full details will be provided in the Privacy Policy and Data Consent Notice.
  1. Accuracy of NPO & Project Information

Information displayed about NPOs, impact models, compliance status, financials, and SSE project details is provided by the respective NPOs.

Seva Nivesh:

  • Does not independently verify each submission
  • Does not audit, certify, or guarantee the information
  • Is not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or misrepresentations
  • Investors/DONORS should conduct independent due diligence.
  1. SSE Regulatory Compliance

Each NPO is fully responsible for:

  • Meeting SSE listing requirements.
  • Maintaining reporting & disclosures.
  • Compliance with SEBI rules, regulations, tax norms, and other applicable laws.
  • Updating project information on time.
  • Seva Nivesh does not certify SSE compliance or monitor regulatory adherence.
  1. No Guarantee of Funding or Returns

Seva Nivesh does not guarantee:

  • That a project will receive funding.
  • That an investor will achieve expected social outcomes.
  • Delivery, impact, or completion of any project.
  • Financial returns of any kind.
  • The platform only facilitates discovery – not results.

The website may link to third-party:

  • Payment gateways.
  • SSE portals.
  • Compliance platforms.

  • We do not control or endorse their content, policies, security, or performance.
